The Body Is the Bridge
Between the life you imagine and the one you live lies the same bridge every builder must cross.

This is how I think about it.
Whenever I feel stuck, lost or overwhelmed, which is often…. I draw a triangle.
The triangle helps me regain my clarity. At the base of the triangle in my body and at the peak is my purpose.
I used to try and skip the bottom, and run straight to the top and it never worked.
Eighteen months ago, I collapsed on a rock when I was out walking with my son and I realized that I had everything wrong.
I had not prioritized my own life and my own health. I was dying inside.
Since then, I’ve lost 20 kilos (50 pounds) and I’ve got my life back, work is flourishing, and I am a much better dad.
It started with me, and getting motion into my body.
I don’t know who needs to read this, but your physical health is not a side project… it’s the foundation. In our 3-word goals heirachy, your health is your number one goal
No body = no life
Half a body = half a life
An unhealthy body = unhealthy life.
If you only have one hour today, make it sacred, go for a walk, run up a mountain, skip with a rope… do something good for your body.
Fuel your body.
